100gr. sierra bullets are very accurate. I use them on prairie dogs, coyotes, and whitetails. They allow hits out to 400yds on prairie dogs, or coyotes, and will kill Whitetails quite well at 250yds. I do prefer bigger calibers for deer, but the 6mm Rem. will get the job done with Sierra 100gr. bullets.

The 160gr sierra boatail with IMR 4831 is one of the most potent Elk rounds I've come across in the 7MM remington mag. My buddies and i have all take bulls at 400yrds + with a single shot and them travel just a couple of yards!! This is deffinetly a load to look at.

300 gr. sierra boat tail fired from a .375 H&H, at right around 2700 fps, sent through a hearty white tail deer who was about 20 yards away in thick brush. My only shot was lenghtwise through the brisquit. it shot the whole way through the deer and kept going, to penetrate a 2" diameter sapling that was close behind. I couldn't believe it, because these bullets fragmented, and did not penetrate over 18 inches of loose sawdust when i was testing them. In terms of accuracy, one inch 100 yard groups are not uncommon.

Accurate bullet but has a tendency to come apart. Would not use on big game after what I have witnessed. Especially in the magnums!
